Rotterdam Unlimited is a brand new and huge international festival in Rotterdam and includes the well-known festivals Summer Carnival and Dunya. The Rotterdam Unlimited festival means nearly one week loaded with live music, dance, theatre and carnival shows. Rotterdam Unlimited offers over 100 free concerts including a number of major international artists!

Rotterdam Unlimited Concerts

Rotterdam Unlimited is the biggest festival in Rotterdam by far. The concerts take place at various stages around Rotterdam, such as Schouwburg Plein and De Doelen Theatre. For this purpose, a special stage will be built over the fountain on the Hofplein roundabout for famous international bands. Admission to these street shows is totally free by the way!

Robin Rotterdam Unlimited Summer Carnival

The highlight of the Rotterdam Unlimited festival is the Summer Carnival Street Parade. The Rotterdam Summer Carnival is of the best visited events in the Netherlands and attracts over a million locals and international visitors. The Summer Carnival begins with the election of Summer Carnival Queen. At the Battle of Drums, three brass bands will be on stage at the Hofplein square and turn Rotterdam into a tropical paradise with their drums. The grande finale is the Summer Carnival Street Parade on Saturday. The Summer Carnival Queen will lead this procession with thousands of colourful dancers accompanied by upbeat music!

Parking at Robin Rotterdam Unlimited

Many streets in Rotterdam city centre are closed for traffic during the Rotterdam Unlimited festival and it will be a challenge to park your car. The best option is to travel to Rotterdam by public transport. If you come by car you can park your car at one of the Park & Ride parking lots located at the city limits and continue by metro.
