Keukenhof is the largest flower garden in the world with seven million bulbous flowers that are planted every season. It is one of the most beautiful sights in the Netherlands, which attracts many Dutch and international tourists. Especially during Easter, Keukenhof can get very crowded. The impressive flower gardens of Keukenhof show colourful tulips and beautiful spring flowers in bloom such as crocuses, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and lilies.

The 15 km of walking trails through the Keukenhof gardens offer a spectacular view on the fragrant bulb gardens and flower greenhouses. During your walk you'll see unique weekly changing flower shows, ponds with fountains and various pavilions with restaurants and terraces. Also kids will have a good time at the Keukenhof playground and they can go for a fun treasure hunt through the flower park.

In addition to the huge flower gardens, Keukenhof also offers the Netherlands largest sculpture park, in which over 150 sculptures made by national and international artists are displayed.

The Keukenof flower park is an excellent opportunity to buy some classic Holland-souvenirs as a remembrance or as a gift. The Keukenhof gift shop offers any souvenir you could possibly think of, from Dutch wooden shoes to all kinds of flower bulbs.

Explore the bulb flower region
Keukenhof itself consists of walking trails only, but during a bicycle tour you can explore the extensive Dutch bulb flower region located around Keukenhof. Bicycle rental. Bike rental is available at the Keukenhof main entrance at € 10 a day. Another great way to enjoy the sea of flowers is during a boat trip in a electically powered boat. (€7,50)
