National Fireworks Rotterdam Erasmus Bridge 2012/2013
New Year 2013 officially kicks off in Rotterdam with the National Firework Show at the Erasmus Bridge. Both the bridge and a floating pontoon on the river Maas form a marvellous architectural stage setting with the various docks as a natural grandstand for the biggest fireworks show in the Netherlands. Counting down to midnight starts at 11 pm.... It's always a kind of exciting ... The National Fireworks will also be broadcast live on Dutch television network RTL5. Admission is free.

New Years Eve Concert at the Erasmus Bridge Rotterdam canceled
The infamous New Years Eve concert at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge is unfortunately cancelled for 2012/2013 due to lack of funding.
