Dunya: multi-cultural Rotterdam
The Dunya Festival is one of the Netherlands’ biggest world stage arts festivals and brings all kinds of performing arts to more than 200.000 visitors. This multi-cultural festival shows many appealing artists, young talents from all corners of the world and big artists. Also unknown rookies in world music, world-class story narrators and poets perform here. More than 50 acts and over 60 hours of world music and poetry are presented in the park at the Euromast in Rotterdam. Dunya wants to get rid of their old-fasioned folk music image and focuses on modern music, let's see if they will actually make the change!

Five stages at Dunya Festival Rotterdam
The Euromast Park is devided in the following stages: the huge 'Central Park' main stage, the 'NuHorizons' stage for global youth culture, the 'Couleur Locale' stage for local artists, the 'Poetry Park' for culture without boundaries. At the 'Grounds Stage' young and upcoming talents perform.

World cultures are within reach at the Dunya festival. You will certainly enjoy the cultural encounters with world music artists, story tellers and poets. Between the shows you can visit the Dunya Plaza for a break or the kids area. The Dunya festival is not about arts only! Many different food stalls let you smell and taste different dishes from all over the world.

There’s no need for that! The admission to the Dunya Festival is free.
