    Rotterdam, also named 'City of Sports', organizes many sports events during the year. Rotterdam is the only city in the Netherlands with three football teams playing professional football: Sparta Rotterdam, Excelsior Rotterdam and Feyenoord Rotterdam. In addition Rotterdam is the city where Oranje, the Dutch National team, plays most of its home games and Rotterdam has even been host for the Euro 2000 Championship Final! You can come and visit the stadium!

    But Rotterdam offers more than just football. The city has got sport teams attending in the main leagues of baseball, hockey, basketball, table tennis and volleyball. The baseball team Neptunus is one of the best team in Europe and has been champion many times.
