Top Class baseball in The Netherlands
The World Port Tournament is a major international baseball tournament between five of of the best national baseball teams in the world! During the 10 day qualifying phase, each team gets to meet each opponent twice. On day 11 the big final takes place. The tournament takes place at the 5000 seat Neptunus Stadium in Rotterdam and nearly 70.000 spectators are expected to visit this event.

Rotterdam WPT baseball awards
Awards can be earned for those individual players with special achievements, such as Best Pitcher, Best Hitter, Homerun King, Most Valuable Player, Most Popular Player and Best rookie.

Great teams at the Rotterdam Baseball Tournament
The Rotterdam baseball tournament has been organized since 1985 and some of the best teams in the world have played at this tournament, such as the Dutch national team, Canada, Italy, Baltimore, Kobe, Dallas, Osaka, San Diego, Chinese Tapei, Japan and the USA. The nearly unbeatable Cuban team has won the last WPT editions.

The World Port Tournament takes place at the 'Neptunus Family Stadium', which is located at Abraham van Stolkweg 31 in Rotterdam, just outside the city center.

WPT Rotterdam by public transport
From Rotterdam Central Station you can travel to the Neptunus Family Stadium by bus line 38, stop at Abraham van Stolkweg. For the timetable, refer to the website www.9292.nl, the online journey planner for public transport in the Netherlands.

WPT Rotterdam by car
If you come by car, take exit 'Rotterdam-Centrum / Diergaarde Blijdorp' from the motorway A20 (Ring Rotterdam North). There's limited parking space next door and you must pay to park. If their parking lot is full, you will be diverted to park your car in walking distance at the Sparta Soccer Stadium.

Ticket Sales World Port Tournament Rotterdam
Tickets entitle you to watch two games (one day) and can be purchased at the ticket office at the Neptunus stadium, which opens at noon. For the single final game on Sunday, the ticket price is the same, but the sales office opens at 11:00 am

Baseball Tickets can also be purched online (pre-sale) at the World Port Tournament website. Despite of some additional charges, a passe-partout is still significantly cheaper.
