Benelux highest skyscraper
The Maas Tower has a height of 165 meters and is therefore slightly higher than the New Orleans residential tower, which makes it Benelux highest building.

Built in the river Maas
The Maas Tower is located at Kop van Zuid near the iconic Erasmus Bridge at the southbank. The building is named after the river Maas, as it has been built along this river. This skyscraper has been designed by Dam & Partners Architects and in fact its foundation is located in the river Maas, because it is actually built on a piece of reclaimed river.

Plenty of parking space
The Maas Tower mainly contains offices, with Deloitte and AKD as the main tenants. You can see the big Deloitte logo on the building. In addition there are 8 floors of parking space and this is very convenient when you visit an evening or weekend show in the New Luxor theatre. The 44 storey Maas Tower also has a Skylounge located on the top floor, where meetings can be held. On a clear day you can view the North Sea from your office chair.
