Subtropical Pool Tropicana Rotterdam
Tropicana is closed and was supposed to be turned into a multi-function entertainment venue, but that's most likely not going to happen either. Presently it is unclear what will happen with Tropicana.

Tropicana swimming pool
Tropicana was the largest subtropical oasis in the Netherlands! In Tropicana you could feel like being in paradise with palms and banana trees and a constant temperature of 30 degrees Celcius! Tropicana contained a big quiet pool that turned into a wild sea with big waves once Tarzan shouted his battle cry! This huge pool also offeres a wild river that took you many meters through the Tropicana jungle. You were able to experience a bumpy ride with lots of waves, tunnels and slides! This big tropical swimming paradise also offered some quiet lagoons, a heated outdoor area, hot tubs, jacuzzis and sun beds! Small children were abele to enjoy the safe, shallow pool with fun attractions and play with animals

Tropicana sauna
After all the fun or after a long day of work, shopping or sightseeing you were able to relax in the 'TropiSauna' sauna and enjoy the unique view on the river Maas, having a relaxing massages or facial treatments or just the heat of the saunas.

Tropicana dance club
It was a weird combination, but the Tropicana Dance Club was located under the same roof! So when you felt reborn after your TropiSauna visit you were able to party on till early in the morning!

DIRECTIONS Tropicana Rotterdam

Tropicana was located at the Maasboulevard 100 in the city centre close to the Willemsbrug, Old Harbour and the Cube houses. Get there by taking metro or tram 8 or 21 to Oostplein.

If you come by car you can park your car at Tropicana's private parking place next to the entrance.

ik vind het jammer dat tropicana nu dicht is ik wil er zo graag naar toe gaan want het is goedkoop en er zijn daar leuke attracties dus daarom kunnen jullie a.u.b binnenkort opengaan
