Staying in Rotterdam with a large group on a ship

The hotel ship Catherina is a unique bed and breakfast accommodation in Rotterdam, which is perfect for larger groups. You can stay overnight with a group of up to 22 persons on board this former coastguard and fishing ship. The B&B ship is moored at the scenic Veerhaven harbour in Rotterdam with a great view at the Erasmus Bridge. If you're looking for an even bigger group accommodation, another ship of the same owner (Luciana) is available at Veerhaven. This B&B sailing ship Luciana also has a capacity of 22, that's a total of 44 persons!

Shopping, museums and restaurants around the corner

The Catherina hotel ship is moored at Veerhaven, facing the World Museum. From the upper deck of B&B Catherina, you can enjoy the panorama of the ultra modern Wilhelmina Pier and the famous Hotel  New York in Rotterdam. The Watertaxi jetty is at a stone's throw away and enables a high speed trip to the popular shopping streets Hoogstraat, Koopgoot,  Lijnbaan and Coolsingel. A choise of restaurants is located within walking distance, as well as the major museums at the Rotterdam Museum Park. Further sights and attractions in Rotterdam are accessible by metro (Leuvehaven) after a 10 minute walk.

Eight bedrooms on board

On the upper deck of the Catherina the spacious outdoor lounge area is covered with a rooftop. The interior of the Catherina is decorated in a traditional Dutch basic style and contains two large group spaces, which can be used as shared living rooms. Catherina offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a TV, a stereo and laundry facilities. At an additional cost, bed linen is available for you upon arrival on board. Hotel ship Catherina offers eight different bedrooms (cabins) with a washbasin, three bathrooms and four toilets for your convenience. It's also great fun to make a boat tour on the river Maas, but contact the owner in advance.

B&B Ship Catherina booking only in winter

In summer the Catherina sails out to the Baltic Sea, so you can only book the Catherina between the end of October and beginning of May. B&B sailing ship Catherina is already available for groups over 10 persons, but during the weekend only last minute bookings and at least two nights!
