Puffer fish Fugu

Fugu is the Japanese name for the poisonous puffer fish. On the import of this popular delicacy from Japan there is a worldwide ban. The puffer fish contains the deadly substance neurotoxin, which can be released if the fish isn't cleaned by a qualified Chef. Puffer fish is therefore not on the menu at restaurant Fugu in Rotterdam.
