If you like trampolining, FreeStyle Motion in Rotterdam is really worth a visit. Freestyle Motion is located in the north-east of Rotterdam and is Europe's largest trampoline jumping centre. The Super Airbag is for real daredevils, as via a trampoline you jump down onto a large inflated pillow from 4 meters height.

Free-running trail

Except numerous trampolines, the jumping paradise FreeStyle Motion in Rotterdam also offers a free-run trail with obstacles on a springy floor to prevent injuries. For the better flips and tricks the trampoline gym Rotterdam also offers trampoline classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for children from 7 to 15 years. Adults are also welcome at the trampoline Hall in Rotterdam, as trampolining is an amazing workout for all ages!
